Suolainen tunapannari
- 2 purkkia tonnikalaa
- 6 luomumunaa

Suraa ainekset blenderissä tai sauvalla tasaiseksi massaksi. Jos haluat, voit maustaa… Jollakin. Paista n. 200-asteisessa uunissa leivinpaperoidulla pellillä kypsäksi, älä kuivaksi. Anna jäähtyä. Maistele. Kokeile tunan sijaan savupororouhetta, jos gourmeta kaipaat.
Minun oli tarkoitus laittaa taikinaan vähän voita ohjeen mukaan, mutta unohdin. Painelin siis haarukalla reikiä kypsään pannariin ja nostelin muutamia nokareita päälle sulamaan. Voi on hieno mauste.
