Once more with a feeling

Apinanruokaa pidempään ahmineille Juukelin hyvä banaanikakku on varmasti tuttu, samoin kuin ystävilleni, joista osa välillä toivoo että tekisin sitä taas. Lauantaina sitten taas tein, ja arvelin että, että mikäli maailmassa on vielä epätietoisia tästä suuresta herkusta, jaan ohjeen jälleen!

Huolimatta suhteellisen suuresta vegaanisen ruoan osuudesta ravinnostani, tätä kakkua en vielä veganisoinut, vaikka ehkä sekin onnistuisi. Tällaisenaan se on kuitenkin täydellinen, ja täydellinen sen piti olla ystävääni Lauraa varten <3 Lauran kanssa ollaan alun perin, vuosia sitten, tutustuttu kiitos blogaaamisen, joten apinanruokakakku, nimenomaan BANAANIkakku oli siis very much in order! Laurahan esim. kutsuu mua nimellä Apinakki… Mitä Lauran äiti puolestaan paheksuu sillä olen hänen mielestään niin myötätunteinen ja mukana 😀 Mutta sellasiahan apinakit on 😛

Mutta jos et ole ennen tehnyt banaanikakkua, tee tämä. Superhelppo, takuuvarma nakki.

Juukelin hyvä banaanikakku (kakkua riittää usealle tai yhdelle pitkäksi aikaa)

  • 4 Reilun kaupan isoa ja kypsää banaania
  • 1,5 dl eli  150g voita
  • 2 dl piimää
  • 2 luomumunaa
  • 4 dl vehnäjauhoa (tai gluteenitonta jauhoseosta)
  • 1,75 dl sokeria
  • 1 tl suolaa
  • 1 tl soodaa
  • 1 tl leivinjauhetta

Laita uuni kuumenemaan 200 asteeseen. Voitele ja jauhota kakkuvuoka. Sekoita kuivat aineet. Muusaa banaanit krouvisti, ei soseeksi, lisää joukkoon sulatettu voi, piimä ja munat. Kaada kuivat aineet seokseen ja nostele sekaisin, älä vatkaa. Kaada kakkuvuokaan ja paista 25-35 minuuttia uunista riippuen. Ota jäähtymään.

Kuorrute

  • 50 g voita
  • 4 rkl kahvia
  • 3 rkl tomusokeria
  • 3 rkl tummaa kaakaojauhetta

Sulata voi, keitä kahvi, sekoita ainekset niin, että lisäät voin viimeisenä. Kaada kakun päälle, anna levitä ja levittele. Siirrä jääkaappiin koostumaan.

Sopivan hetken tullen kaiva kakku esiin ja DIG IN!!
