Arkisesti kalaa. Ensin meinasin paistella fileen tuttuun malliin pannulla, mutta Viini, ruoka, kirjat! sai vaihtamaan uunikypsennykseen. Perusruokaa, mutta sikäli harvinaista, ettei tuorekalatiskiä ole lähikaupassa.
Puna-ahven-filee (246g!) on maustettu suolalla, pippurilla ja sitruunalla ja paistettu 200-asteisessa uunissa reilut kaksikymmentä minuuttia. Kiinankaali, herkkusienet ja paprika on wokattu tavan paistinpannulla ja maustettu itsetehdyllä hapanimeläkastikkeella, jossa lämpimälle pannulle on lurautettu soijaa, punaviinietikkaa, sokeria ja tomaattipyrettä. Kalasta jäi vielä pala illaksi.
