Please help me and identify this magnificent mushroom that is familiar for me from Thailand and now also a part of my homemade meals, purchased from Vii voan. What is it?! The salesman only knew it might be related to shitake? Also would appreciate knowing whether it should be prepared otherwise than I've done: steamed it with veggies. Well, haven't died yet!
