Mä oon viimeiset muutamat vuodet ollut niin laiska kokki ettei ole tosikaan, jaksan lähinnä keittää (perunoita, riisiä, puuroa), sulattaa uunissa (leipää), paistaa munia ja kuoria hedelmät ðŸ˜
Satunnaisen kakun oon jaksanut välillä leipoa, jos on ollut oikein motivoiva syy (juukelin hyvä banaanikakku ja pavlova lähinnä). Mähän oon sellainen, että innostun asioista aina aika sata lasissa, teen niitä intohimoisesti kunnes saavutan pisteen, jossa osaan jo suhteellisen paljon ja se juttu on nähty. Jotkut perusasiat tietysti pysyy, vuodesta toiseen 🙂 Vegaanihaaste on herätellyt uinuvaa kokkauskiinnostusta ja tiistaina parantelin maanantain capoeirasta runneltua kroppaani yllättävästi pastalla. En ole koskaan syönyt aitoa mac’n’cheeseä, mutta ainakin vegaaniversio on ihan okei.
Ohje on Pidempi korsi -blogin ja seurasin sitä aika tarkasti. Keitin gluteenittomat pennet, sekoitin joukkoon ravintohiivaa, kaurakermaa ja mausteita. Santsiannokseen laitoin hieman ketsuppia, kermainen tomaattipasta ei ollut hullumpaa sekään.
Kurkumalattea oon litkinyt syksystä lähtien silloin tällöin, se valmistuu siis Ruohonjuuresta ostetulla Sonnentorin vanilja-kurkumalatte-jauheella, joka sekoitetaan kuumennettuun iKaffeen.
Tänään tein lounaaksi linssikeittoa, jonka vanhasta muistista (Monkeysta löytyvä Erkin linssikeitto) maustan sinapilla. Muuten ihan superperus, linssien lisäksi porkkanaa, perunaa, tomaattisäilykettä ja tietty ropaus sokeria niin kuin aina tomaattiruokiin. Keiton kaveriksi paistoin pari maissitortillaa kookosöljyssä, vanha barbakikka tehdä niistä herkkua!
Että kovin vähitellen rupean ryhtymään tähän vegaaniseen kokkauspuuhaan, mutta näyttäshän tää nyt alustavasti lupaavalta.
