Paakaroin jokin aika sitten peruna-tattaririeskaa, joka oli oikein hyvää, käyttisresepti. Eilen, kun kotiuduimme aika myöhään Tahkon reissulta (auto hajosi jo menomatkalla joten paluu tarjoili Express-bussin ja junan tunnelmia – reissu oli kyllä ihana!), kyhäsin vastaavia rieskoja bataatista. Melkeinpä parempia!

Batatabröd (bataattirieska)
- yksi keskikokoinen bataatti
- n. 0,75-1 dl tattarijauhoa
- 0,5 dl puhdaskaurahiutaleita
- ripaus suolaa
- vajaa desi vettä
Kuori bataatti, pilko paloiksi, keitä kypsäksi vähässä vedessä. Lämmitä uuni 250 asteeseen. Muusaa bataatti ja lisää joukkoon vajaa desi vettä. Mittaa soseeseen jauhot ja hiutaleet, sekoita. Voit ensin laittaa puoli desiä tattarijauhoa, ja sitten lisäillä niin, että koostumuksesta tulee sopiva tankea. Painele mielellään VOIDELLULLE leivinpaperille pellille littanaksi. Paista, kunnes väri on hyvä tai, kuten omassa kaasu-uunissani, väri on edelleen sama mutta koostumus on jykevöitynyt. Ehkä 10 minuuttia.
Pue esim.kalkkunaleikkeeseen, juustoon, salaattiin ja kurkkuun!
Huom! Leivinpaperi kannattaa pyyhkäistä vaikka öljyllä ennen rieskan räiskälöintiä, sillä tämä kyllä jumittaa paperiin hyvin, semminkin kun asteet ovat uunissa niin korkeat, että paperi ikään kuin kuivaa. Irroitus käy helpommin.
