Supermarketissa on kasittamaton maara LEIPAA. Vaaleaa leipaa joka muodossa ja mallissa kymmenia hyllymetreja. Sen sijaan jauhoja tai kaurahiutaleita en loytanyt. Terveelliset ruoat on merkitty osastoihin ja tuotteissa on todella kiitettavasti, nykyaan jopa etupuolella, niiden ravintosisalto ja infoa kuiduista, erityisruokavalioihin sopivuudesta jne.

Tietty hyllysta loytyy kaikkea herrrkullista kuten spamia ja ties mita rasvassa uitettua vehnasta, mutta vihannesvalikoimakin on hyva. Lisaksi on kovasti erilaisia pikkupusseja hedelmia ja kasviksia joita on helppo ostaa valipalaksi. Myos luomua ja light-tuotteita piisaa, Weight Watchersia myoten. Joka on mun mielesta kylla ihan humpuukia 😉

Ravintoloita on joka kulttuurikelkkaan intialaisesta italialaiseen, kiinalaiseen, kebabiin ja peribrittilaiseen. Take away ja sandwichit on kova sana. Ja flapjackit, ja tee, ja leipa, ja leipa, ja leipa… Olen kuitenkin luovinut tieni leipamyrskyn lapi hienosti ja syonyt ehka vain palan. Paras loytoni olivat supermarketin tiskista ostettavat Jumbo Satay Chicken Skewersit eli kanavartaat, edullista ja hyvelii. Mmm mmm. Jeps mut nyt kampille niin jaksaa illaksi viela regeebileisiin! Yamma yamma folks!
