…tai keväinen joulu. Ei niin, että olisin pisaraakaan joulumielellä (se alkaa vasta elokuussa), mutta kun olen nyt löytänyt perunan ilot, joulun suosikkiruokani rosolli pilkahti jostain mieleeni ja jaan tässä nyt kovin arkisen, mutta herkun aamiaiseni.
Varhaisaamun rosolli
- keitettyä perunaa
- etikkapunajuurta (tai keitettyä)
- omenaa
- porkkanaa
- raejuustoa
- suolapähkinöitä
- (kesäkurpitsaa)
Pilko peruna, punajuuri, omena, (raaka) porkkana ja halutessasi kesäkurpitsa (ei välttämättä sovi kokonaisuuteen, mutta olen fani). Lisää raejuustoa ja suolapähkinöitä. Ahhhhh.
Suolapähkinät kuulostavat ehkä kuriositeetilta, mutta eivät ole sitä, vaan tärkeä osa kokonaisuutta. Jo aikoinaan olen lanseerannut suosikkisalaattini, jossa yhdistyvät nimenomaan raejuusto ja suolapähkinät. Vaikka nämä teollisessa kasvisöljyssä käsitellyt herneet eivät ehkä olekaan superruokaa, eivät ne kuolemaksikaan ole eikä mikään näin maistuva voi viedä joron jäljille. Kokeile vaikka?
