Kävipä klassisesti kun koitin päivittää blogia ensi kerran sitten vuoden 2014; draftini katosi! Millä vuosituhannella wordpressiin tulee UNDO, just asking.

Nyt pitäisi sitten asetella sanansa yhtä hauskasti, tuskin onnistuu! Lyhyesti siis vain: hengissä edelleen ja kesästä saakka fleksovegaani. Syy: kestämätön Maailmantuska ja kauhu siitä, mitä teemme eläimille, luonnolle ja ihmisille. Nyt teen itse ainakin jotain enemmän.
Suosikkituotteitani:

- Alpro maustamaton Go On (tähän peanut butteria ja hilloa!)
- iKaffe-kauramaito
- Tartex-tahna leivälle
- Kolmen kaverin vegaanijäätelöt (Lawdy lawd ?)
- Maustamaton tofu
- Sininen Flora
- Lisäksi syön paljon perunaa, kauraa, riisiä, hedelmiä, pähkinöitä, siemeniä, leipää, työpaikkalounaalla papuja salaatissa, kasviksia (aika laiskasti tosin), What else?
- Monista ravintoloista saa mahtavaa vegaanista ruokaa, suosikkini on edelleen thai-ruoka
- Wiener nougat on ollut jouluajan peruselintarvikkeeni
Jouluksi tein myös vegaanisen Marianne-kakun, joka maistui kaikille!
Ruoan ohella kuuluu hyvää. Kilpparin vajaatoiminta on lääkityksellä tasapainossa, lämpötilat sitä vähän heittelee ja vaatii säätämistä. Treenaan edelleen paljon (see you at Crossfit Herttoniemi!), tanssin, aloitin capoeiran, valmistuin toimintaterapian maisteriksi, vaihdoin töitä, asun Kampissa. Elämä on ihanaa ja monisyistä, välillä heitellyt kovastikin.

Yhdessä sieltä milloin kaikki alkoi 😀 <3 Ensitöikseni mun pitäis keksiä jotain tälle kauheelle ulkoasulle, jossain vaiheessa WordPress päivittyi ja vei mennessään kaiken oman leiskan. Ehkä opettelen.
