Efu, joka ennenkin on fiitannut Monkeyfoodissa, lähetti jo hyvä tovi sitten Apinakeittiöön valikoidun erän kehittelemäänsä sipsisuklaata. Siis jep, jep – silkkaa pahetta! Suolaisia krispejä ja raakasuklaata. Valmistaminen on helppoa, jos on joskus kokkaillut raakasuklaata. Efun pantry.
Efun tsipsisuklaa
- 99 g hienonnettua kaakaovoita
- 66 g kookosöljyä
Ne piirtää, kell’on liituu.
- 1 rkl agavesiirappia
- 1 rkl hunajaa
- hyppysellinen Himalayan suolaa
- 2 rkl macaa
- 3 rkl (raaka-)kaakaojauhetta
- 4 rkl lucumaa
- 1 rkl carob-jauhetta
- 1 rkl riisiproteiinijauhoa
Temperointi.

Siirtele vuokiin murskattua sipsiä sopiva määrä. Efun suosittelee vahvasti (eli alleviivaten) Estrellan Herkku Chips -tuotetta. Kaada päälle ruskea nektariini (jota raakasuklaaksi edellä tituleerasimme) ja anna jähmettyä. Sen jälkeen seuraa Efun ohjeen mukaan Ihmetysmakuelämys! En epäile hetkeäkään varsinkaan, kun huomioidaan käytettyjen rasvojen jetsulliset grammamäärät. Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Parhaimmillaan huoneenlämpöisenä.
Ps. Jos et ole Efun kaltainen mestarisäätäjäalkemisti, voit oikoa mutkia ja sulattaa mikrossa kookosöljyä, raastaa joukkoon kaakaovoita, lisätä kaakaojauhetta, steviaa ja kaadella sellaisenaan tsipsien päälle.

t-edge. yeah, the victory voseirn was actually made using the original Soul Force records stampers. if you look at the vinyl on both voseirns, the matrix markings are exactly the same. i never understood why the record was re-titled and that wacky tiger artwork was used on the Victory voseirn… would have been a good interview question to ask. i prefer the original press on Soul Force ’cause the layout is way cooler.

As you mentioned, some readers on audio books do not do as well as others in giving different voices to the various characters. Since I listen to audio books EVERY day, I am definitely interested in the Audiomovie format.
