Taannoisessa Blogistanian jaksossa, joka on katsottavissa Areenasta vielä muutamien päivien ajan, valmistin Cake Courgettea, kesäkurpitsakakkua, joka on oma suosikkikeikkini maailmassa! Ohje on peräisin brittiystävältäni Emilyltä, johon tutustuin vuonna 2007 Bournemouthissa. Sittemmin olen valmistanut kymmeniä kesäkurpitsakakkuja eri variaatioin. Ohje ei ole pettänyt koskaan ja on edelleen, kuten lähes kaikki Monkeyssa, järettömän helppo. Pese ja pidä, lisää vain vesi.
Aika moni ohjelman nähnyt on maininnut tehneensä kesäkurpitsakakkua sen innoittamana ja ilahduin sen suosiosta. Tässä vielä kaikki Monkeyssa esitellyt variaatiot, joista tuota gluteenitonta versiota olen sattumalta tällä viikolla tehnyt jo neljästi (näistä kaksi paistuvat paraikaa uunissa).
